Register for Free! Once your registration is approved by our team, you'll have access to a range of routes in your area. Plus, you'll receive notifications of new trip requests directly via email.
Secure Bookings
Travelers confirm bookings by paying online. You will be notified of the booking via email and SMS. Complete the trip and receive your payment through a bank transfer once the journey is finished.
Browse Trip Requests
After your account activation, you can log into your carrier account to view all current routes. Customize your preferences to receive rides that match your criteria.
Manage Cancellations
To safeguard against cancellations, Connect.com allows you to set custom cancellation policies when you send a quote. These policies offer compensation if a traveler cancels a booking.
Submit Your Bids
Using your driver account, you can respond to trip requests that interest you. Provide details such as your price, the type of vehicle, cancellation policies, and any extra services (e.g., air-conditioning, music, luxury interiors). Your bid is sent directly to the traveler, who can choose to book with you.
